Cycle conference in Tallinn

One of the highlights of this summer was the cycle conference for internal service personnel in Tallinn. The middle of the year is the time to release interim results, adjust the action plan for the second half of the year, and is a great opportunity for communication, sharing experiences and secrets of success among different government officials.
